What do I put in a resume when I have no experience in the job?!?

I want to put in for a bakers apprenticeship job but I have no experience in anything to do with baking (which is ok because it's an apprenticeship and the job advert said, "no experience needed".) I googled what to put in and it said stuff like, "volunteer work, experience from past jobs or work experience", but I'm working as a checkout chick and I volunteer at the local dog shelter so I'm stuck! Anyone got any good ideas?
