How do i deal with negative reactions to my Ferrari 458 Italia?

So my dad just bought me a 458 italia for my 19th birthday (plz dont leave hate comments about how i'm spoiled; I know well enough :) But whenever i drive it on the road..."bros" in lifted trucks are always cutting me off or flippin me off...i even get the small penis comment from time to time...I cant even IMAGINE driving it to school...when im at the gas station...people ask me i afford it..and i dont really want to reply: "my dad bought me a 250k car for my 19th birthday"...how would YOU handle such a situation? AND ALSO...i lost most of my friends becuz of the car...they dont even call anymore..and when I hit them up..they almost seem "shy" to talk back to me..like come on..my best friend of 10 years deleted me off his facebook..this car is almost like a curse :(
