Does this dude like me?

Ok...he’s really popular and the president of his class. I’m not so popular...but I always catch him looking at me...when I’m computer area working I see him staring at me...when I talk he turns around to see if it’s me (my voice is quite distinguishable)...I saw him staring at me once through glass doors...and when I speak to a hot chick he looks at me as well. I added him on Facebook and he accepted and since 2 years we have been mates on Facebook and there was this one time I asked him a question and he answered it quite nicely....In fact this has been going on for more then 2 years...I say hello to him and he says it back all of the time…I recently created a new facebook account and he accepted my friend request immediately..
