Should I pursue this female more?

I met this chick at the club, got her number and so forth and they say you're suppose to wait 2 to 3 days before reaching them again, but I texted her that next day because she only gave me her number and I wanted her to have mines as well. So that night she said she was going clubbing again and that she was headed downtown, but I told her I wasn't going to be able to join her because I wasn't going to have the car and that we'll have to definitely get up again sometime. So there's one opportunity missed. The problem I have is that I don't drive and I have no transportation (unless I use mother's car), so I don't know how she'll look at that. I asked her today if she wanted to chill on 4th of July but she said she going to be busy with work & niece and that she'll be available after 4 on Tuesday, so should I find out whether she drives and we could do something? Everything will be on me. Just not too sure whether or not she likes me THAT much. But I did get her digits so that tells a lot. Btw, would it be rude to ask her over text "you drive?" or where she works at? Thanks!
