How am I supposed to afford a performing arts college?

I really have my heart set on studying musical theatre at Laines/Italia conti/Colins performing arts college or any known training places, but I won't be able to afford it i don't think, the goverment have recently cut funding for students and fee's can be up to 4.7 grand a term, i'm not sure how many terms there are but I think it may be 4.... I really want to do this and am willing to do anything to get through it.
