Should I confess my love for her??!? She's in another country now?

I'm in love with my friend!! Last summer she said that she is in love with me. But then we both moved to different countries. We didn't talk about her liking me after that but still talk by email. I just realized that I'm so in love with her. Could she still feel the same a year later? We will be in the same country again in over a year. I've never had a chick friend as close as her and I don't wanna make it awkward. I can't stop thinking about her! Should I tell her and how should I tell her!!!???? Please help me-----
