Young chick with broken leg?

My three month old chick fell on its legs from like 2 feet of the ground and I think he has two broken legs. His right leg just hangs there with its foot pointed in, while his left foot seems fine but his "knee" is pointing out instead of in. He's eating great and chirps. He keeps on flapping his wings like he's trying to get up. Is there anything I can do for him? I'm not going to kill him, and I don't want to take him to a vent, they've never given me a helpful answer. Thank You
