What can a guy do to avoid losing friendship with girls?

Some girls are insecure with their boyfriends and a lot of times they stop talking to their guy friends because they don't want their boyfriend to get jealous of you simply because you are a guy. It sucks, but it's true. Don't worry though because these type of girls are obviously immature and they really weren't your friends.
