My chick freind who knows I like her sorta cuddled with me. Does this mean she likes me?

She layed back into me and my arms were around her. And I carresed her arm slightly, and she didn't move away or anything. I'm kinda confused, and I don't want to make assumptions based on my wants rather than what realy happened.
