How do I deal with negative reactions to my Ferrari 458 Italia?

So my dad just bought me a 458 italia for my 19th birthday (plz dont leave hate comments about how i'm spoiled; I know well enough :) But whenever i drive it on the road..."bros" in lifted trucks are always cutting me off or flippin me off...i even get the small penis comment from time to time...I cant even IMAGINE driving it to school...when im at the gas station...people ask me i afford it..and i dont really want to reply: "my dad bought me a 250k car for my 19th birthday"...how would YOU handle such a situation? gracias.
