You are only going to know what your sexuality is by exploring it more. I would not confess anything to your family until you are a 100% sure what you are whether you are bisexual, lesbian, or straight. I think then you should reveal your secret, right now you are not even sure of things just have feelings and thoughts. If you do come out to your family if you are bisexual or a lesbian than you have to understand you can not force them you accept you for who you are and at the end of the day if you are comfortable with your sexuality that is all that matters.
