Are there Olive Garden restaurants in Italia (within or without Roma)?

The Italian themed full service restaurant has around 730 locations globally. As of today there are no Olive Garden's outside of the U.S. except for a few locations in Canada, some of which are closing. Early this year however, Olive Garden announced intentions to open 200 additional locations, and to expand to the middle east and Asia.
